(the "Company") announces that the annual report and accounts on Form 20-F for the year ended 31 December 2018 of Novartis AG, the guarantor of the Company's EUR 600,000,000 1.625% notes due 2026, have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and are available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM in accordance with Listing Rule 17.4.7.
