Sergio Ermotti could stay as CEO well into the second half of 2027 to steer UBS through a regulatory overhaul and give the board more time to replace him, as an obvious internal successor has yet to emerge, people familiar with the matter said.

Fitch upgrades UBS Group to 'A+' with 'stable' outlook.

NOVARTIS AG NOVN.S

Anthropic on Tuesday added Novartis' Chief Executive Officer Vas Narasimhan to its board of directors, making him the first executive from the pharmaceutical industry to join the AI startup's governing body.
