** Co expects adjusted revenue of $230 million to $270 million for 2026, compared with $185 million to $205 million earlier

** Forecast excludes sales and royalties from partnership with Sanofi SASY.PA

** Posts Q4 revenue of $147 million, beating analysts' average estimate of $78.84 million, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Reports a profit of $18 million, compared to a loss of $81 million a year ago

** Including session's move, NVAX stock was up over 63% YTD
