April 15 (Reuters) - Rubicon Partners SA  RBCP.WA : 
    * Said on Thursday that it allotted 13,650 series I bonds 
with total nominal value of 13.6 million zlotys  ($3.6 
million)and 6,300 series J bonds with total nominal value of 6.3
