** Medical device maker's shares  BIOL.O  rise 35.7% to
$0.57 premarket
    ** BIOL among top gainers across U.S. exchanges before the
bell and is the most heavily traded stock
    ** Nasdaq on Tuesday after market close granted co a 180-day
extension to regain compliance with minimum $1.00/share closing
bid price requirement  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nPn9Ymk6Da
    ** Co will regain compliance if closing bid price is at
least $1.00/share for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days 
at any time until May 23, 2022
