Novocure rises after quarterly sales beat

** Shares of cancer therapy maker Novocure NVCR.O rise 7.3% to $19.06 premarket

 ** Company reports Q1 revenue of $155.4 million, up 12% year-over-year, compared with analysts' estimate of $146.6 million, according to data compiled by LSEG

** "If the tariffs return to pre-April 9 rates after the current 90-day pause, Novocure could see an increase in import duties of up to $11 million in 2025" - co says

** Brokerage Evercore ISI says "overall tariff impact seems manageable and shouldn't be a concern"

** As of last close, NVCR had fallen 40.4% YTD
