* Novo Resources announces non-brokered private placement of
up to $56 million with strategic investor
* Financing is expected to raise gross proceeds of
approximately $56 million by issuance of 14 million units at
price of $4.00 per unit
* Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd will subscribe for all of units to
be issued in financing
* Net proceeds from financing will primarily be used by
company to develop and explore company's projects
