** Shares of Australia's NOVONIX NVX.AX fall as much as 6.4% to A$0.258, their lowest level since May 14, 2020

** The battery metals and technology co says it receives written notification from the Nasdaq Stock Market

** Says Nasdaq cites company is not in compliance with minimum bid price requirement

** Adds that notice says closing bid price of co's American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) listed on Nasdaq below minimum requirement of $1.00 per ADR

** Nasdaq says co has 180 calendar days from date of notice to regain compliance

** Despite moves, stock down 38.1% YTD
