** Stock hits its highest since Nov. 18
** Battery materials supplier signs deal with
Volkswagen-founded VOWG_p.DE Powerco to supply a minimum of
32,000 metric tons of high-performance synthetic graphite for
five years from 2027
** Nearly 5 mln shares traded, 2x the 30-day average
** NVX up 15.6% YTD
