March 16 (Reuters) - Pragma Inkaso SA  PRIP.WA : 
    * Issues up to 50,000 series F bonds at issue price 100.0 zlotys ($24.91) per bond 
    * Series F bonds will bear interest at a variable rate determined on the interest rate WIBOR 
3M plus a margin
