 * To consider issue of second tranche of listed unsecured NCDs not exceeding 
   INR 200 million on private placement basis.

With reference to the earlier letter dated May 04, 2016, regarding the Board meeting to be held on May 24, 2016, NRB Bearings Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board shall also consider inter alia Issue of second tranche of listed unsecured Non Convertible Bonds/Debentures not exceeding Rs.20 crores on private placement basis.
