    ** U.S. FDA grants "fast track" designation to NRx's
treatment for urinary tract infection
    ** NRx says the treatment NRX-101 has demonstrated potent
activity against resistant urinary pathogens in FDA review
    ** A "fast track" status is intended to expedite the review
of drug candidates being developed to treat serious conditions
    ** Stock fell 58.6% in 2023
