** Shares of therapy developer NRx Pharmaceuticals NRXP.O
rise 5% to 34 cents premarket
** Co says it signed a development and manufacturing
agreement with private company Nephron Pharmaceuticals to
develop a ketamine therapy suitable for treating suicidal
depression
** Says the product they are developing could become
available for patients by the end of 2024
** Up to last close, shares down 70.5% YTD
