March 9 (Reuters) - NSC Groupe SA  NSCP.PA : 
    * To acquire 50 pct stake held by Orlandi SpA in Euroschor 
SAS 
    * Transaction take place in second half of March 
    * Following transaction NSC Groupe will hold all of 
Euroschor's shares 
    * Transaction follows approval of the plan to clear the 
liabilities of Sant'Andrea Novara
