** Co signed MoU with PTC India PTCI.NS for exploring possibilities of power sale of renewable energy

** Co also declared 37.5 MW solar capacity and 13.2 MW wind capacity at Gujarat project on commercial operation on Tuesday

** Co said unit NTPC Renewable Energy executed a purchase agreement with Solar Energy Corporation of India SOLN.NS for supply of green ammonia
