May 29 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Thursday:

** ADNOC Drilling  will acquire a 70% stake in oil services firm SLB's  onshore rig business in Oman and Kuwait for up to $112 million, creating a joint venture it seeks to double in the next year, its chief financial officer said.

** Private equity investor Advent has entered exclusive negotiations to acquire Paris-based broker Kereis from current owner Bridgepoint. nL6N3S10FZ

** French oil major TotalEnergies  said it agreed to sell its 12.5% stake in the Bonga oilfield offshore Nigeria to Shell , the field's operator, for $510 million. nL2N3S107N

** Britain's Argentex AGFX.L said on Thursday former CEO Harry Adams and Irish entrepreneur Terry Clune would not make a takeover offer for the currency risk management company. nL6N3S10BZ

** The U.S. Federal Trade Commission said on Wednesday it will require two software companies — Synopsys SNPS.O and Ansys ANSS.O — to divest certain assets to resolve antitrust concerns surrounding their $35 billion merger. nL2N3S018H

** BP's BP.L Castrol lubricants business is attracting interest from companies such as India's Reliance Industries RELI.NS, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

** Japan's Nippon Telegraph and Telephone <9432.T> will invest about 110 billion yen ($755.49 million) in SBI Holdings <8473.T> to acquire an 8.91% stake, as the two companies aim to integrate their digital technology and financial services. nL2N3S1079

** Belgian oil tanker group CMB Tech  is set to acquire shipping firm Golden Ocean Group  in a stock-for-stock deal valued at $1.5 billion, the companies said on Wednesday. nL3N3S01MT

** Model Hailey Bieber's makeup and skincare brand, Rhode, is being snapped up by Elf Beauty  for about $1 billion, giving the budget cosmetic retailer access to a celebrity-endorsed product line that has become hugely popular among Gen Z and millennials. nL3N3S01GV
