    * Signed a partnership agreement with Hewlett-Packard BV 
Amsterdam, Meyrin Branch, based in Geneva, Switzerland 
    * Under terms of agreement, company becomes an authorized 
distributor of HP brand consumer goods in Poland 
    * Partnership agreement was signed for indefinite period of
