    * Says it plans to issue 7th series unsecured investment
corporation bonds worth 2 billion yen, with interest rate of
0.25 percent per annum and maturity date on July 24, 2023
    * Says it plans to issue 8th series unsecured investment
corporation bonds worth 4 billion yen, with interest rate of
0.58 percent per annum and maturity date on July 24, 2028
    * Subscription date on July 13 and payment date on July 24
    * Bonds will be mainly used for bonds repayment
