** Shares of Nuchev NUC.AX rise 13.2% to A$0.215, their highest level since July 22, 2024

** Health and nutrition solutions co enters into sales and agency agreement with Brauer Natural Medicines and H&S Brand Corporation

** Says agreement is for sale of certain products produced by Brauer and H&S, in Australia

** Also says there is potential to move to a sales and distribution agreement in Australia and New Zealand markets that would add to NUC's topline revenue

** About 143,894 shares change hands, 12.5x the 30-day average of 11,513 shares

** Stock up 79.2% YTD, including current session's moves
