    ** NSEL's board will consider share buyback on Aug. 22      
  
    ** More than 347,000 shares traded within first half an hour
of trading, 4.5x its 30-day avg    
    ** Still, stock down nearly 8.5% in 2024; it had risen
nearly 4x in 2023
