July 3 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday.

    Scranton Enterprises, an entity tied to the Grifols family,
said on Tuesday it has reached an agreement with a private
investor to refinance 377 million euros ($404.5 million) in debt

    The company said on Tuesday it had proceeded to increase its

    Acciona Energia and Prologis  PLD.N  have teamed up to
install photovoltaic panels for self-consumption on the
logistics operator's warehouses in Spain, economic newspaper
Expansion said on Wednesday, citing the two companies. The first
stage of the project will involve an investment of some 7
million euros ($7.52 million), the newspaper added.
