    Spain's BBVA on Monday said it has decided to launch a
tender offer for the 50.15% stake it does not own in its Turkish

    Spanish pharmaceuticals company Almirall said on Monday it
remained in the red in the first nine months, with a net loss of
39.4 million euros, as a result of a the 103 million euro
write-down of the book value of its anti-acne drug though it

    The company reported on Monday a net loss of 156.9 million
