Sept 26 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday.

    Iberdrola has hired Barclays as financial advisor to find an
investor for a 49% stake in its 1,200 MW solar and wind asset
portfolio in Spain, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on
Monday citing unidentified market sources.
    REPSOL  REP.MC  ENAGAS  ENAG.MC  
    Repsol, Enagas, the chemical company Iqoxe and the
industrial gas supplier Messer plan to announce an agreement to
build a green hydrogen plant in Tarragona, Spain, Expansion
reported on Monday.
    NATURGY  NTGY.MC  
    TotalEnergies  TTEF.PA , is evaluating the possibility to
buy some of Naturgy's assets in case the Spanish gas utility
decided to sell following a planned spin-off, el Confidencial
reported citing sources close to the management of Total's unit.
    MELIA  MEL.MC  , NH HOTELS  NHH.MC 
    Melia and NH Hotels are considering to sell more hotels to
reduce their debt, Cinco Dias reported on Monday.
    NUEVA EXPRESION TEXTIL  NXTE.MC  
    The company reported on Friday its first-half net loss
widened to 3.2 million euros ($3.08 million) from 2.4 million
