** Shares of Australia's Nuix Ltd NXL.AX rise as much as
30.7% to A$0.745 - set to mark their best day since Dec 7, 2020
if gains hold
** Software co announces annualised contract value (ACV) of
A$169.5 mln ($113.62 mln) as of Oct-end, up 4.6% from June
** Says new customer additions led to an increase in ACV
** About 2 mln shares change hands, compared with the 30-day
moving average of 426,500 shares
** Stock hits highest level since Sept 20
** NXL had fallen 74.1% this year, as of last close
($1 = 1.4919 Australian dollars)
