Australia's Nuix falls to 2-month low as regulator files civil lawsuit

** Shares of software co Nuix Ltd NXL.AX fall as much as
3.3% to A$0.580, their lowest since July 27
** Australian Securities and Investments Commission
(ASIC)files a civil lawsuit against the co in the federal court
accusing it of misleading prospectus forecasts for fiscal 2021

** ASIC claims that NXL made "deceptive statements" in
February and March 2021 while reaffirming its Annualised
Contract Value (ACV) and statutory revenue forecast for fiscal
2021
** Co denies the allegations and says it intends to defend

** As of last close, Nuix stock down 72.7% this year
