Australia's Nuix hits one‑month low as regulator appeals ruling in disclosure case

** The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has filed an appeal against a Federal Court decision dismissing its case against the intelligence software provider

** The case - launched in 2022 - alleged that the company breached its disclosure obligations and engaged in misleading conduct in connection with statements about its financial performance

** Company says it will contest the appeal

** Stock has fallen over 27% so far this year
