** Shares of Australia's Nuix NXL.AX rose as much as 22.1% to A$1.630, their biggest intraday gain since February 23

** Stock up 19% so far this week, set for their best week since late February

** Investigative analytics firm said on Thursday that Federal Court of Australia dismissed ASIC case against it concerning its early 2021 market disclosure

** Around 3 mln shares change hands, nearly 1.3x 30-day average

** NXL down 16.4% YTD
