** Shares of U.S. electric utility companies rise premarket after Oracle's strong forecast lifts AI names

** Oracle ORCL.N expects booked revenue at its cloud infrastructure business to exceed half a trillion dollars

** Power utilities have seen surge in demand from data centers needed to develop AI technology

** Vistra VST.N rises 2.7%, Constellation Energy CEG.O up 2%

** GE Vernova GEV.N gains 2.6%, while NuScale Power SMR.N up 2.7%

** Bloom Energy BE.N, which recently partnered with Oracle to deploy its fuel cell technology at select Oracle Cloud Infrastructure U.S. data centers, advances 8.2%

** Upto last close, BE up 147.6%, SMR up 97.1%, GEV up 84.14, VST up 40.55 and CEG up 34.45% this year
