U.S. stock index futures edged higher on Thursday, ahead of a reading later in
the day that is expected to add to the narrative of easing inflation and an end
to the Federal Reserve's rate hiking cycle.  .N 
    
    At 7:08 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.46% at 35,652. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.23% at 4,569.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.27%
at 16,066.25.
