** Health management firm Nutex Health Inc's shares  NUTX.O 
rise 13.8% to $0.74 before the bell
    ** Co reiterates that it expects to open 20 new healthcare
facilities by the end of 2024, expanding operation to four new

    ** NUTX has also formed new independent practice
associations in Houston and south Florida, and plans to enroll
patients in 2023
    ** Up to Friday's close, stock had fallen ~84% YTD
