** Morgan Stanley upgrades U.S.-listed NTR shares to "overweight" from "equal-weight"

** Raises PT to $77 from $70, a 25.6% upside to stock's last close

** Expects moderate potash price increases in 2026, with global potash effective capacity utilization rate remaining above 90% until at least 2028

** Says higher potash price forecasts push its EBITDA estimate ~12% above consensus
