BUZZ-Coreweave rises as Goldman upgrades to 'buy' after last week's selloff; debt yields ease ** Shares of Nvidia-backed CoreWeave CRWV.O, at the center of last week's AI pullback, rise 5% to $64.27
** Goldman Sachs upgrades the data center firm to "buy" from "neutral," saying data points over the next 12 months are likely to be positive and the recent selloff offers a buying opportunity
** GS says CRWV's annual recurring revenue per megawatt is likely to rise over the next 24 months on tight supply
** The yield on CoreWeave's notes due 2031 US21873SAG30=TE fell about 26 basis points to 14.53% after touching almost 16% last week, LSEG data showed
** Goldman argues those yields would not represent the company's new cost of financing, because most of its financing is asset-backed
** The brokerage, however, cuts its CRWV PT to $106 from $139
** Other neocloud and chip stocks rebound on Monday after last week's selloff, partly caused by CRWV's debt woes and a threat of competition from China

** Up to Friday's close, CRWV lost a quarter of its value last week and was down 67% from its all-time high of $187 in June 2025
