ASX-listed Nyrada falls most in nearly a month on discounted placement

** Shares of U.S.-registered Nyrada Inc  NYR.AX  decline as
much as 6.4% to A$.0295, their biggest intraday pct fall since
Feb 24
    ** The drug developer says it will raise A$11 mln ($8.5 mln)
to fund Phase 1 clinical trials in cholesterol-lowering and

    ** Issue price at A$0.26 per CDI, a discount of 17.5% to
stock's last close on March 17, after which co went on trading
halt
    ** NYR shares hit their lowest since March 12
    ** More than 267,889 shares change hands vs 30-day average
volume of 166,287
    ** Stock has added 31.3% this year, as of last close
