The following supplementary prospectus has been approved by the Financial
Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplementary prospectus dated 6 June 2023 (the "Supplement") to the Base
Prospectus dated 22 December 2022 (the "Base Prospectus"), relating to the
U.S.$10,000,000,000 Programme for the Issuance of Debt Instruments established
by Westpac Securities NZ Limited unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by
Westpac New Zealand Limited.
