Publication of supplementary prospectus by Westpac Securities NZ Limited

The following supplementary prospectus has been approved by the Financial
Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplementary prospectus dated 15 September 2023 (the "Supplement") to the
Prospectus dated 21 December 2022 (the "Prospectus"), relating to the €5
billion Global Covered Bond Programme established by Westpac Securities NZ
Limited unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Westpac New Zealand
Limited and unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of
interest and principal by Westpac NZ Covered Bond Limited.
