Notice to holders of the outstanding:
Obrascn Huarte Lain, S.A. (the "Company")
300,000,000 7.625% Senior Notes due 2020
(ISIN: XS0760705631)
(the "Notes")
Bond Buyback
The Company announces that it has repurchased  23,280,000 of the principal amount of the Notes. In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Notes, the Company intends to cancel the repurchased Notes.
Following this repurchase,  207,079,000 of the Bonds remain outstanding. In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Notes, the Company may make further repurchases of the Bonds.
This announcement does not and shall not constitute an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy any securities, nor shall there be any sale or purchase of securities in any jurisdiction where such sale or purchase is unlawful.
