NOTICE
OBRASCN HUARTE LAIN, S.A. ("OHL" or the "Company") informs hereby that, in relation to the ordinary voluntary insolvency proceedings of the OHL Group's companies AEROPISTAS, S.L.U. and its wholly owned subsidiary AUTOPISTA EJE AEROPUERTO CONCESIONARIA ESPAOLA, S.A.U., released to the market through a relevant notice, the Court of First Instance Number 2 of Madrid has handed down an order by virtue of which it is resolved to dissolve the insolvent companies in response to the rejection of the two creditor arrangements (convenios de acreedores) submitted.
Subsequent to the abovementioned order, the winding-up of both companies has begun and as a result a legal obligation arises to terminate the concession agreement, together with an obligation to pay the States liability (Responsabilidad Patrimonial de la Administracin). In addition to the above, the total assets of both companies, including both goods and rights, will be liquidated for the purpose of allowing for the payment of the creditors and, where applicable, the shareholders.
During the winding-up phases of both companies, the managers cease their duties and are replaced by the insolvency administrators (administracin concursal).
