(OHL or the Company), pursuant to article 228 of the consolidated text of the Spanish Securities Market Act approved by Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, of 23 October, hereby notifies the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores) (CNMV) the following

The Company informs that, on the occasion of the conveyance of an Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting to which is submitted, among others, the proposal to approve a share capital increase with preferential subscription rights of the Company's shareholders, the liquidity agreement entered into with Santander Investment Bolsa, Sociedad de Valores, S.A.U. dated 6 July 2017 pursuant to the provisions of the "Circular 1/2017, de 26 de abril, de la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores, sobre los contratos de liquidez" (communicated to the market through a relevant fact notice (hecho relevante) dated 10 July 2017 and registration number 254407), will be temporarily suspended with effects from 23 February 2021.
