INSIDE INFORMATION NOTICE
Following the communications of inside information numbers 616 and 646 in relation to the agreement reached by the Company and Grupo Villar Mir, S.A.U. ("GVM"), relating to the terms of the repayment of the debt owed by Pacadar, S.A.U. and GVM to the Company and the agreement entered into in relation to such repayment (the "Agreement"), the Company hereby informs that on the date hereof all transactions foreseen for the completion and effectiveness of the Agreement have been carried out, including the satisfaction of the conditions precedent to which the Agreement was subject to.
