J.P. Morgan said on Tuesday it completed an accelerated bookbuilding placement of about 6% of OHLA's share capital at €0.4446 per share.
OHLA also said on Monday Forjar, Solid Rock will acquire 7.22% Of OHLA's share capital for €43.96 million.
