BBVA BBVA.MC, BANCO DE SABADELL SABE.MC:

Spain's BBVA has failed to convince Sabadell shareholders to back its 16.32 billion euro ($19.07 billion) hostile takeover bid, ending an almost 18-month takeover battle that became one of the country's most contentious deals in recent years.

CELLNEX CLNX.MC:

Cellnex said on Friday it had signed a 391 million euro deal through its French unit to sell all Towerlink France shares.

INDRA IDR.MC:

Indra said on Friday it has signed two contracts with the European Space Agency to reinforce surveillance and security in space.

OBRASCON HUARTE LAIN SA OHLA.MC:

OHLA said on Friday it had reached an agreement with Mohari Hospitality on the Canalejas complex division.
