 OBE.TO  down 2.9% at $7.98
    ** Alberta energy regulator's investigation on a series of
earthquakes concluded that OBE's wastewater disposal induced
several seismic events in Alberta 
    ** The regulator gives company 15 days to submit a
mitigation plan 
    ** On Thursday, a joint study by Stanford University and
University of Alberta concluded that one of strongest
earthquakes in the region in November last year was caused by
wastewater disposal
    ** Including session losses, stock down ~11% YTD
