which may include sale, merger or other business combination
    ** Says could also involve disposition of all or a portion

    ** Shares among top percentage gainers across U.S. exchanges
 
    ** For the year, New York-listed shares have fallen 60%,
while Toronto-listed  OBE.TO  have dropped ~61%
