Ocado Group plc ("Ocado")
Annual Financial Report 2025 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026

 

 

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, Ocado has today submitted to the
Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism the following
documents:

●    2026 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM");

●    the Form of Proxy for the 2026 AGM; and

●  the Annual Report and Accounts for the 52 weeks ended 30 November 2025
("Annual Report and Accounts").

 

Ocado's AGM is to be held on Tuesday 28 April 2026 at 1.00pm, at the
Registered Office, Buildings One & Two Trident Place, Mosquito Way,
Hatfield, Hertfordshire AL10 9UL.

 

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule ("DTR") 6.3.5,
the Notice of AGM, Form of Proxy and the Annual Report and Accounts, including
the Directors' Responsibility Statement, are available to view on Ocado's
website: www.ocadogroup.com (https://www.ocadogroup.com) and will also be
available for viewing on the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage

This announcement follows Ocado's announcement of its preliminary results for
the same period issued on 26 February 2026. A condensed set of Ocado's
financial statements and information on important events that have occurred
during the year and their impact on the financial statements and related party
information were included in Ocado's preliminary results announcement. That
information together with the information set out below is the information
provided to satisfy the requirements of DTR 6.3.5. Reading this announcement
and/or the preliminary results announcement should not be a substitute for
reading the full Annual Report and Accounts.
