This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse
Regulation ("MAR") and the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules and
relates to the grant of options to the following PDMRs, under the Ocado
Sharesave Scheme ("Sharesave").

Sharesave is a tax advantaged share scheme offered to all eligible employees
of the Company on the same terms. It offers the opportunity for employees to
buy ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Shares") in the Company using savings
accumulated over a three-year period.

In accordance with MAR the relevant Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA")
