Rights Attaching to Listed Securities

 

In compliance with paragraph 9.2.6E of the Listing Rules, Ocado Group plc has
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism a copy of its amended Articles of
Association which were approved by shareholders at the Company's Annual
General Meeting on 4 May 2022 and which set out the principal rights and
restrictions attached to its ordinary shares of 2 pence each.
