Ocean Power falls as Aspire Capital to sell up to 3.7 mln shares

** Renewable energy company's  OPTT.O  shares down ~15% at
$2.17 in afternoon trade
    ** Ocean Power on Friday after market filed prospectus
related to sale of up to 3.7 mln shares by Aspire Capital Fund

    ** OPTT will not receive proceeds from the sale of the
shares by the selling stockholder - filing
    ** Stock has however, more than doubled in value YTD,
compared with a 6% rise in the S&P 500 electrical equipment
