* Joint venture for development of two sites located at
Jervois Road, Singapore
* Arctic Sky Investment Pte. Ltd., entered into a joint
venture agreement with Yuan Ching Development Pte Ltd
* Total purchase consideration for subject sites is S$21
million
* Proposed acquisition not expected to have any material
impact on EPS of group for current FY ending 31 dec 2017
* Pursuant to agreement ASIPL to subscribe for 400,000
ordinary shares at an issue price of S$1.00 each, fully paid, in
TSKY Development
