Chairman to retire from Ocean Wilsons & Announcement of Chair Designate

Retirement of a Director

 

Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited today announces that Jose Francisco Gouvêa
Vieira will retire as Non-Executive Chairman and step down as a director at
the completion of his term at the Annual General Meeting on 26 May 2022. Mr.
Gouvêa Vieira will continue to serve as a director on our subsidiary board of
Wilson Sons Holdings Brasil S.A.

 

The Board is pleased to announce that Caroline Foulger is the Chair Designate
and will be appointed as Chair of the Company with effect from the conclusion
of the Annual General Meeting. Her appointment as Chair of Ocean Wilsons
Holding Limited follows an internal candidate assessment undertaken by the
Nomination Committee and approved by the Board. Ms. Foulger has served as an
independent Non-Executive Director of the Company since 2020.  Ms. Foulger is
a retired partner with PwC Bermuda, is a non-executive director on Hiscox Ltd.
and Chair of Oakley Capital Investments  Limited.
