Dividend Timetable

Ocean Wilsons Holding Limited (the "Company"), announced on 20 March 2025 that
the Board has proposed a cash dividend of US 122 cents per ordinary share,
which will be paid on 28 May 2025.

The dividend timetable is as set out below:

 Ex-dividend date:  24 April 2025
 Record date:       25 April 2025
 Payment date:      28 May 2025

 

Where shareholders elect not to receive dividends in US Dollars, the Company
will translate the US Dollar amount into sterling at the closing GBP / USD
exchange rate on 25 April 2025.
